• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You can also pay through PayPal. We do not accept Discover.

• Is my logo package a one-time or recurring fee?

  The logo package and add-ons are one-time purchases. If you decide to purchase a brand kit package, it’s a subscription so you’ll pay an annual fee.

• What is the value of my Brand Kit?

  If you were to hire a designer to create all of the 300+ designs that we provide, it would cost you around $250,000 (we know, because that’s how much we spent). It would also take the designer about 9 months to create.

• Why do I need a subscription?

  A logo is just the start of a great brand. Your subscription includes ongoing access to your Brand Kit, which includes 300+ fully customizable, branded marketing materials – all created instantly for you using your logo, colors, fonts, industry photos, and pre-filled with your company information.

  Your subscription also includes unlimited edits to your logo so you can tweak it even after you download your files. Most of our customers find that once they start to use their logo, they need to make tweaks to their logo.

  Don’t worry, you always retain the rights to your logo, even after your subscription expires.

• Can I just buy a logo without a subscription?

  If you only need your logo, then you can purchase one of our logo packages for a one-time fee. Our packages are priced competitively, so you’re still getting great value.

  Most of our customers come to buy a logo, and stay for the hundreds of fully-customizable, branded designs that are generated instantly for you. All of the designs in your Brand Kit are generated using your logo, colors, fonts, industry photos, and your company information (e.g. phone number, email, etc.).

• Once I purchase, how do I receive my logo package?

  Click the Download button on the post-purchase page to immediately receive your logo files. We also send your files via email so you can keep a copy if you need to download it to other computers.

• Can I make changes to a logo after I purchase?

  After purchase you are free to edit and update your logo as often as you like through the editor. You can change everything except the company name.

  Log in to your account and click your purchased logo to make changes and re-download files.

• Can I purchase a logo if I'm outside North America?

  All Looka products are available for purchase internationally. Being in a different country doesn’t affect your ownership; however, we do suggest seeking a legal copyright or trademark for your logo through your local government.

• Do I own my logo?

  As the legal owner of your logo files, you have full copyright of your logo as a whole, but not the individual elements (e.g. symbols).

  If you require a legally binding trademark and want to prevent others from using your logo, please contact the copyright/trademark office in your country.
